Contestants only need to submit their best Halloween photos to Appliya Studio, and the winning photos will become part of FREE iPhone apps that will be available worldwide.

APPLIYA STUDIO will serve as photo judges and pick the best Halloween pictures for inclusion in these special promotional apps that give everyone a chance to feature their best Halloween memories in an iPhone app for free.

• Appliya will publish 3 iPhone apps, one for each U.S. region: East, Central, and West, and each app will use pictures sent from iPhone users in each region. Appliya will release the apps for FREE, and everyone can see some of the best Halloween photos in America on their iPhone or iPod Touch.
