簡単に説明すると、頭の中にあるやらなくてはいけない事柄ややりたい事柄のすべてをいったん書き出します。このアプリではまずToDoリストというカテゴリに入ります。それをすぐやる、いつかやる、プロジェクト、連絡待ち等のリストに分けて整理していきます。今やるべきことが明確になったら後は実行するだけです。そして１週間に一度はこのリストを見直し、追加すべきことは追加し、リストの移動すべき事柄を移動します。この手法を活用すると頭がすっきりして気持ちいいですよ。自分自身をうまく管理できてる感覚になります。

ちょっとした空き時間や待ち時間に、やるべきことを確認したり、過去の自分を振り返ったりしてみて下さい。このアプリが皆様の生活にほんの少しでも潤いを与えることができたら幸いです。

タスクの削除方法はリスト画面で削除したいタスクの上で指で左から右にスライドさせてください。タスク上に削除ボタンが表れます。
