<description>Check out my iPhone app Based on the SCIENCE of sleep

Proactive Sleep application that tracks your sleep in a sleep diary simply by setting an alarm at night and gives you feedback about the components of your sleep. We recently released a major update and have lowered our prices.

The app provides users with personalized feedback designed to help improve your sleep hygiene. Similar to diet and exercise, sleep is an important part of a healthy life-style. We hope that by giving you feedback on your behaviors just by doing everyday tasks like setting an alarm, can better understand and improve there sleep. The app also includes a bunch of sleep/wake promoting features. If you already set an alarm at night, why not get something out of it?

It is based on the science of sleep, unlike many other self proclaimed smart phone alarms. This app was the winner of th $10,000 Schoofs prize for Innovation and creativity, featured on CBS early show, and has been studied in an experiment that tested if the vigilance task is sensitive to the homeostatic component of sleep.

For more information check out www.proactivesleep.com.

Also, I&#039;ll be happy to send you a promotional code if you are interested in reviewing the app.

Thanks,
